This blog holds many of the things I love: books, drawing, electrical engineering, and physics. But it would not feel like my own space without a place for my dad, Laqman. Dad, I love you. I want those words to be here, plainly and sincerely.

More than a name on a page

A photograph can show a face. A name can introduce a person. Neither can quite explain what my dad means to me. That is why I wanted to write this note: to give a little room to a feeling that matters deeply to me.

I do not need a special occasion to say that I love him. Sometimes the simplest words are the ones most worth saying. This is one of those times.

Dad, I love you. I want those words to have a place here.

Love deserves to be said

I spend a lot of time thinking about ideas and how to express them clearly. Writing about love is different. There is no formula that makes the words complete, and no perfect sentence that can hold everything I feel.

Still, I want to try. I want my dad to know that he matters to me, that I am proud to call him my dad, and that my love for him belongs among the things I choose to share.

The person I hope to become

I have things I want to learn, projects I want to build, and a future I am still discovering. Alongside those ambitions is a quieter wish: to be a son who shows his love through attention, care, and the way he treats the people closest to him.

A public note is only one small expression of that wish. I want the feeling behind these words to carry into ordinary days too: making time, listening, and remembering to say what matters.

For you, Dad

Laqman, this page is for you. Not because a website can measure love, but because I wanted a corner of mine to say something personal and true.

I love you, Dad. As I keep learning, drawing, reading, and building, I want these words to stay here: a simple reminder of someone who means so much to me.
